Refund Policy

Session Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your participation in a scheduled session or ritual is an important commitment, both for you and for me. To ensure the quality and organization of each event, I dedicate time, resources, and preparation in advance, including the preparation of medicines, space logistics, and support staff, such as translators, if necessary.

By scheduling and paying for a service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellation by the client:

Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: You will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours in advance: You will be entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid. This amount covers operational and preparation costs already incurred.

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows: In these cases, the amount paid will not be refunded. Preparation for the session is already complete, and the costs involved have already been incurred.

2. Session Rescheduling:

Rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice: You can reschedule your session for a new date at no additional cost.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice: You can reschedule, but an administrative fee of 30% of the service price will be charged to cover last-minute operating costs.

3. Cancellation by me:

In the rare event that I need to cancel a session, you will be notified as far in advance as possible and given the option of receiving a full refund or rescheduling the session for a new date of your choice.

4. Refund Processing:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of your request. The amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note: By confirming your participation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. This ensures transparency and mutual respect in our work.
