1. Nature of Services

Sacred Journey Brazil offers spiritual retreats, Ayahuasca ceremonies, and activities related to self-discovery, spirituality, and connection with nature.

Our services are spiritual and therapeutic in nature, but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

We recommend that each participant consult their doctor or therapist before participating in the ceremonies.

2. Participation Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older.

People with a history of serious psychiatric illness, heart problems, or taking certain medications (such as SSRI/MAOI antidepressants) are not permitted to participate.

Participants must complete a health and responsibility form prior to the ceremony.

The use of alcohol and recreational drugs is prohibited before and during the retreat.

3. Participant Responsibility

Each person is responsible for their own decision to participate.

Participants assume full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and spiritual health during the experience.

Sacred Journey Brazil is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the omission of personal health information.

4. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon payment.

Cancellations requested up to 7 days in advance may receive a partial refund (minus administrative fees).

Cancellations made earlier may not be refunded.

5. Conduct During the Retreat

All participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward the space, staff, and other seekers.

Any behavior deemed disrespectful, aggressive, or harmful will result in immediate exclusion from the retreat, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Sacred Journey Brazil and may not be copied or used without authorization.

7. Changes to Terms

Sacred Journey Brazil reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on the website.
